With over thirty years of experience working in five star international hotels, restaurants, bars and golf clubs our team provide a thorough analysis of all areas on site involved with food and beverage before consulting with the client to establish how their aspirations can be achieved.
Maximising the potential of the site and resources already in place is our speciality. On most occasions this can be achieved with minimal outlay and structural change through effective marketing, sales and use of resource plans.

‘After nine wonderful years we have moved on from The Fairway Inn At Rickmansworth Golf Club. We would love to thank all of you for incredible patronage and fantastic comments and feedback, it really has been an absolute pleasure working with you all during our time there. Both myself and Stella will miss you greatly but we are still around and have moved to Finchley Golf Club as well as London Scottish Golf club. You will all remain in our thoughts and I personally cannot express my gratitude to you enough.

London Scottish Golf Club
In the heart of Wimbledon common in the shadow of the famous windmill resides one of the most historic golf clubs in England. London Scottish Golf Club was formed in 1865 and holds a history that is almost unmatched by any golf club in the land. It is a wonderful venue to enjoy the delights of our catering operation. The perfect place to unwind after a lovely stroll around the common or visit to the Windmill museum.
